"To put it plainly Megan, James, Alexis are absolutely amazing even though I had minimal interaction with James and Alexis. The interaction that I did was to the point Direct and very comforting. "I had State Farm for a few years but last year when I bought my new home, I was told by my agent in Corpus Christi that they could not insure my new home. They also jumped my auto rates once I canceled my homeowners to go with another company. Flash forward to 2026. James Reached out to me, which I’m assuming was a cold. Call to see if I was interested in restarting my policy with State Farm. I told him why I had canceled it and he Was shocked that my agent prior said they could not ensure my home. He explained that State Farm ensures all types of homes.. He asked if I would be willing to look at a quote if he put one together. I said go ahead and a few hours later he emailed me the quote. Since the quote he sent me not only lowered my current homeowners and car insurance, gave me higher coverage as well. I called him and said what’s the catch? There was no catch. I was able to save on my homeowners insurance yearly with higher coverage and was also able to save about $100 a month on my car insurance. Alexis and James Answered all my questions even reached out on a holiday to let me know everything was set. I always appreciate somebody that’s willing to work hard for my business and great with communication. Highly recommend James Brauns for any insurance needs."

"I inherited James Brauns as my State Farm agent when my prior agent of many years retired December 31. Within 8 days of that transfer, I had to file a home insurance claim for the first time. James was amazingly proactive to guide me through the steps of filing a claim, quickly helped me find a restoration company, and played a pivotal role in my being compensated fairly for the damage that was done. His effective follow-up communication and follow-through commitment truly impressed me. He did not leave me hanging at any stage of the process.
